• Made-to-order pieces are crafted specifically against your order and cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of mind, size, colour or personal preference.

• Damaged, defective or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with your order number and clear photographs.
• Our team will review the concern and coordinate with the respective designer for an appropriate resolution.
