At House of AkSur (HOA), we work with a curated network of designers and brands. As most products are made-to-order or produced in limited quantities, return and exchange policies may vary depending on the designer.
Customers are advised to carefully review the return or exchange eligibility mentioned on each product page before placing an order.
Returns
Most products on the House of AkSur platform are made-to-order, handcrafted, or designer pieces, and therefore returns are generally not accepted unless the product received is:

Damaged

Defective

Incorrect (different from the item ordered)
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Order number

Clear images of the product and packaging

Description of the issue
Once the issue is verified, we will coordinate with the respective designer to resolve the matter.
Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for return or replacement.
Exchanges
Exchange availability depends on the designer’s individual policy, which will be mentioned on the respective product page.
If exchanges are allowed, they may apply in cases such as:

Size exchange

Product replacement for damaged items

Incorrect item delivered
Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers may be responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the exchange is due to a damaged or incorrect product.
Refunds
Refunds will only be processed in the following situations:

The item is confirmed to be damaged or defective

The wrong product has been delivered

The designer is unable to provide a replacement
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are typically not eligible for return or refund:

Made-to-order or customized products

Bridal wear and occasion wear produced specifically for the order

Products purchased during sale or promotional events (unless damaged)

Items that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged after delivery
Cancellation Policy
Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the designer has not already started processing or production.
Once production has begun, cancellations may not be possible.
Multiple Designer Orders
Since House of AkSur is a multi-designer platform, items within the same order may be fulfilled by different designers. Return or exchange eligibility may therefore vary for each item.
